PC-PBT ist ein Mischmaterial von PC und PBT, das normalerweise in Form von Pellets nach der Mischung geliefert wird.

Der Vorteil des PC ist, dass es schwierig ist, aber bei hohen Temperaturen ist die Wärmedeformation schwerwiegend. Der Nachteil ist Stressrisse und große Viskosität; Der Vorteil von PBT besteht darin, dass seine Steifheit nicht von der Temperatur beeinflusst wird und die Verformung gering ist. Das gemischte Material PC-PBT behält die Vorteile von beiden PC-PBT bei einer höheren Oberflächenhärte, höherer Starrheit und Zähigkeit, aber auch einen höheren Widerstand gegen hohe Temperaturform, aber auch eine höhere Resistenz gegen Spannungsrisse. Seine mechanischen Eigenschaften sind irgendwo dazwischen.
